Water Inundation
Common property water leaks are unfortunately… common. You can’t leave these issues for long, you might take a few hours off, but the water keeps doing its damage, leaving behind rotten materials, black mould, and a disaster waiting to happen. We don’t like to overstate problems, but leaving water leaks alone, will always end in a major problem..
Roofs
Flat roof, sloped roof, whatever roof you have, if it’s leaking you have a problem. First you need to find the leak! We have technology and solutions that will help.
Small Balconies
What if the upfront costs to fix your balcony, such as design, investigation and tender were a low fixed cost? We can do the whole DBPA registered design and tender and management for $5,000. All you will need to pay for on top of this is the PC and the builder. This can save you $30,000 or more. (Conditions apply)
Cladding
Have you had the cladding on your building tested? Do you already know you need to replace it? Cladding and waterproof issues? Don’t be overwhelmed, we can save you a lot of money with the right design and the best tender.
Fire Orders
Did you receive a Fire Order? Or an Intention to issue Fire Order? Don’t panic! Once engaged, Aslan will contact the issuing authority and let them know we are on the job! We will handle the issue, find the solution and run the tender.
Fire Safety Updates
Occasionally, you as the Strata Committee will be required to update aspects of your building such as Fire Safety. You need someone who knows how to navigate this thorny maze and get you the most cost effective results.
Concrete Spalling
Concrete Cancer, Concrete Falling from your building, worrisome cracks? There are many reasons for this, design faults, water getting inside the concrete and so on. None of these reasons are great and you have a structural issue that needs resolving. Give us a call.
Balustrades
Indoors, outdoors, Roofs, Access, NDIS, wayward children, enforcement orders; Balustrades look simple but often involve the DBPA, design issues and other structural problems, you don’t need that. Aslan can handle all the design work and paper work and you can enjoy your new balustrade.
Insurance
Refused Insurance? Only insured for 3 months? Outrageous premiums?
It might seem counter-productive but a building defect register, that is prioritised and acted upon will be looked upon favourably by your insurer. We will even talk to them and let them know what is happening on your behalf.
